My passion is to help people in connecting with their bodies and souls and to support our society in the adaptation of stressful modern environments and lifestyles.
Meditation practice reaches back into the early stages of healing and world awareness around 5000 BCE and becomes more popular in the western medical world within the last century and is now a standard method for stress management.
I explored the depth of meditation techniques for more than a decade, learning the most useful tools in seminars, private meditation sessions and self experiments.
I offer these sessions online to inspire you with different angles on a lifestyle, point of view or the exploration of spiritual journeys and overcoming inner barriers.
What does a session look like?
The sessions last around one hour be structured in a way that we have some introduction time, followed by mindfulness training/ guided spiritual meditation or further exploration of the subject that you need support with.
Throughout the guided meditations it is my highest priority that you feel safe and supported to enhance the best outcome of your experience.
On an important note: This practice of meditation is not linked to any certain background other than the strength of love in our hearts and our power of the mind to create a world we want to live in.
Option of Angel and Tarot Cards:
If indicated or requested, I integrate angel and tarot cards in the session, which can help to set goals, reflect and focus the session on aspects of the persons life at the given moment.
Group meditations as workshops:
Meditating in a group can be a powerful experience. The energy is expanding from within every participant and creating an easier setting for the deep connecting into our higher self. Energetically, we are all connected through the universe and we can use this connecting to our advantage to enhance our inner power and light, focussing on the love from within us, helping us to transform struck energies and healing ourselves and community.

What kind of meditation are you doing guided?
when doing sessions of guided meditation, i am channelling the session from the ‘source’, meaning from the universal energy that lies around us and connects us all. It can express itself in different ways, from a chakra opening meditation, to a body scan and so on. In the end the journey of a session will bring us to a state we need to be at, to be able to process new upcoming emotions, challenges and connects us back to where we are most receiving on our life path.
I tried meditation and it doesn’t work for me. Why would this be different?
It depends on how you tried meditation. Following an app can be helpful for some people but others struggle to focus. Being in a single session can then be helpful, as i will channel especially for you what to focus on, and where to connect yourself to your higher source self.
In the end meditation is nor just meditation, but a way of how to see your self and the world around you.
Will i get messages from ancestors in my sessions?
As i am channelling from the source, there can be messages coming through. They can be from ancestors, angelic realm and other entities. I cannot promise that any particular spirit will give messages for you and can only share with what will be given to me. It is out of my control who and what entities will or will not share with us.
